FOOD GREASE FG, 400ML

Food Grease FG is a multi-purpose grease for the lubrication of a wide variety of bearings, hinges, small gears and sliding metal parts. Formulated from food processing safe® grease and solvents. This NLGI grade 2 grease benefits from a controlled spray pattern and a temporary, semi-liquid state upon application which allows the grease to penetrate moving parts and deliver superior lubricant coverage. Can be used in areas where incidental contact with food may occur. It is a medium duty grease that offers good penetration before thickening rapidly. Good thermal stability: resists steam. For use on a wide variety of bearings, hinges, small gears and sliding metal parts.

• Mineral basic oil
• Basic oil viscosity is 160cSt
• Basic soap is aluminium complex
• Flash point is <gt/> 200°C and drop point is 250°C
• Worked penetration at 25°C is 265 to 295/NLGI 2
• Operational temperature range from -20°C till +140°C (180°C peak)

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 6 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
