JCT 100

JCT 100 is a coating thickness gauge. This device precisely determines the thickness of paint or varnish layers on iron and non-ferrous base materials. The combination of magnetic and eddy current measuring methods enables particularly high precision and flexibility. The base material is automatically recognized. It features single and multiple measurements for good/bad evaluation. The three-color LED display indicates the current value attribute (green: qualified, red: below the limit, yellow: above the limit). The display rotates automatically and makes it easier for the user to read the measured values ​​from a variety of angles; alternatively, it can be locked manually. It includes Bluetooth app for communication and use. It is used in the measurement of metals in industry and research for automotive industry, metal processing, painting and inspection.
