ADUM4223 is an isolated precision half-bridge driver. This driver is employed from the Analog Devices, Inc., icoupler® technology. It provides independent isolated high-side and low-side outputs. It provides 3000V rms isolation in the narrow body. This isolator provides two independent isolated channels. It offers true, galvanic isolation between the input and each output. Each output may be continuously operated upto 537V peak relative to the input, thereby supporting low-side switching to negative voltages. The differential voltage between the high-side and low-side may be high as 800V peak. It is widely used in application such as switching power supplies, isolated IGBT/MOSFET gate drives, industrial inverters, automotive. It is certified by UL recognition per UL 1577, 5000V rms for 1minute SOIC long package, CSA component acceptance notice 5A, VDE certificate of conformity, DIN V VDE V 0884-10 (VDE V 0884-10):2006-12, VIORM = 849V peak.
