ADUM1441 is a micropower quad-channel digital isolator based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technologies, this isolation components provides outstanding performance characteristics superior to the alternatives, such as optocoupler devices. Despite the low power consumption, The model provides low, pulse width distortion at <lt/>8 ns. In addition, every model has an input glitch filter to protect against extraneous noise disturbances. Standard approvals are UL 1577 component recognition program 3750V rms for 1 minute per UL 1577, CSA Component Acceptance Notice 5A, VDE certificate of conformity, DIN VDE V 0884-11:2017-01, IECEx and ATEX intrinsic safety, Sira 0518 II 1G Ex ia IIC Ga.Typical applications are general-purpose, low power multichannel isolation, 1MHz, low power peripheral interface (SPI), 4mA to 20mA loop process controls.

- Propagation delay is 180ns max (50% input to 50% output, TA=25°C, VDD1=VDD2=3.3V)
- Supply current is 900µA max (ENX=0V, VIH=VDD, VIL=0V, TA=25°C, VDD1=VDD2=3.3V)
- Pulse-width distortion is 8ns max (tPLH − tPHL, TA=25°C, VDD1=VDD2=3.3V)
- Input supply current is 10µA max (ENX low, TA=25°C, VDD1=VDD2=3.3V)
- Number of inputs VDD1 side is 3, number of inputs VDD2 side is 1
- Maximum data rate is 2Mbps, maximum propagation delay 3.3V is 180ns
- High default output state
