TOOL GUARD, 500ML

Tool Guard is a non-staining corrosion inhibitor. A clear, non-silicone, waxy protective coating for use on all mould tools. Removes moisture and provides long term protection to mould tool surfaces after use. Non-staining formula makes Tool Guard Clear ideal for use on clear or white plastic moulding. It will not penetrate or creep into the mould tool and is easily moulded off, to ensure quick start up. Resists the effects of high humidity and acid finger marking. All injection mould tools, blow mould tools, extrusion dies and metal components requiring corrosion protection.

• Film forming properties, a continuous, homogenous film remains after a cure time of 10 minutes

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 6 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
