The LF-5WAEMBGMBW from Kingbright is a through hole, round shaped RGB coloured LED. This device consist of 2 blue, 1 green and 1 red chip in a package. High efficiency red colour LED made with gallium arsenide phosphide on gallium phosphide orange light emitting diode, blue colour LED made with GaN on SiC light emitting diode and green colour LED made with gallium phosphide green light emitting diode. This LED is low power consumption, white diffused lens and wide viewing angle which can produce any colour in visible spectrum including white light and best suitable for full colour RGB lamps.
- Bulb size is T-1 3/4 (5mm)
- Forward voltage of 2V for red, 2.2V for green and 4.0V for blue
- Forward current of 20mA for red, green and blue
- Dominant wavelength of 625nm for red, 568nm for green and 455 for blue
- Peak wavelength of 627nm for red, 565nm for green and 430nm for blue
- Luminous intensity of 30mcd for red, 25mcd for green and 20mcd for blue
- Viewing angle of 60°
